While distillers refer to the spirits that evaporate during aging as the ‘Angel’s Share’, the ‘Devil’s Cut’ are the spirits which are left deep in the porous crannies of the oak after the barrel has been emptied. The depth and complexity that comes from this liquid extracted from deep inside the barrel along with the natural flavours of wood and char lends our collaboration with High Bank Distillery its distinct colour, aroma and flavours.

Look for deep fig, green apple, raisin and caramel flavours with a creamy mouthfeel that belies its strength. The finish is fruity with a noticeable, embracing alcohol warmth.
